Union Coop – the largest Consumer Cooperative in the UAE, launched its first-ever electronic self-help device in the Middle East at ‘Al Barsha Mall’. This automated device will allow Shareholders and Normal Customers, to carry out purchases and other several transactions without any assistance or even travel for that matter.

Some of the primary functions possible with the device include – Application for Shareholders Program, Tamayaz shopping card services, E-Cash Afdhal Card services, E-Commerce services and Customer support, suggestions or complaints. The customer support service is available through ‘video conferencing’, which enables a customer to seek help at any point in time during his/her transaction.
